The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondent No.6 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner which is filed for his transfer from one school to another.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1333 of 2020(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 respondent No.6-Dy. Development Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Rohtas to consider the case of the petitioner in view of the provisions as contained in Rule 10 of Zila Parishad Teachers (Employment and Service Conditions) Rules and dispose of the same within three months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
