Petitioner is in custody in connection with Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 23 of 2019 for the offence under sections 457, 354(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Referring to prosecution case, learned counsel submits that allegation against this petitioner who is son-in-law of co-villager is that he alongwith another co-accused entered the house of the informant and with bad intention removed her clothes and tried to outrage her modesty.

Learned counsel further submits that the informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4489 of 2020(3) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 and mother-in-law of the petitioner are in inimical terms and the complaint case was lodged at the instance of the mother-in-law of the petitioner against the informant.

The petitioner is in custody since 6.11.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Begusarai, in connection with Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 23 of 2019.
