2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 18.03.2025 whereby while granting provisional bail to the petitioner in connection with Complaint Case No. 837 of 2019 where the petitioner was directed to supply the machine within three months to the complainant.
3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during his long custody, the business of the petitioner is in serious trouble and the petitioner is facing financial hardship
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5569 of 2026(2) dt.06-02-2026 2/2 and that is why the petitioner could not supply the machine within time. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for three month more time to supply the machine to the complainant.
4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the contents of the modification application, the court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner and three months time is granted to the petitioner to supply the machine to the complainant.
5. The order dated 18.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44049 of 2024 is modified and the time granted to the petitioner in the said order is extended by a further period of three months from today.
6. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
