2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 502 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 190, 191(3), 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118(2), 109(1), 132, 74, 262, 263(a) and 265 of Bharatiya
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1053 of 2026(2) dt.22-01-2026 2/2 Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per the prosecution case, when police officials apprehended petitioner no. 1 in connection with other case, he and his associates, including these petitioners, armed with weapons, attacked the police team.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus and there is no specific accusation of any overt act against these petitioners.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the fact that these petitioners attacked police officials while they were performing there duties and got released petitioner no. 1 from police custody, prayer for prearrest bail of the petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
