Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Submission is that name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused from whose possession, liquor was recovered. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 13.11.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
