The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ghoshi (Okri O.P.) P.S. Case No.486 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 503(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3.

As per the F.I.R., the petitioner and others are accused of assaulting two persons in connection with a dispute, as a result of which, they sustained injuries. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady and there is general and omnibus allegation against her. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a woman and there is case and counter case between the parties, this application is allowed.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad / concerned Court below, in connection with Ghoshi (Okari O.P.) P.S. Case No.486 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS/ 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
