The petitioners, who are mother -in -law and brother -in -law (devar) of the deceased seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 339/2019 dated 19.08.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 304 (B), 120(B)/34 of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85812 of 2019(3) dt.17-06-2020 2/3 Indian Penal Code.

It has been urged on urged on behalf of the petitioners that they have got no concern with the affairs of the husband of the deceased as they have been staying separately from him for long time. The postmortem report also does not speak about any particular cause of death and therefore Viscera has been preserved.

Apart from this, this Court has been informed that husband of the deceased is in custody.

Taking these aspects into account, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case
