2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:
"That this is the writ petition being filed before this Hon'ble High Court on behalf of the aforesaid petitioner for issuance of a writ in
Patna High Court CWJC No.1336 of 2020(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 the nature of 'Mandamus' whereby and where under commanding and directing the state respondents to make the payment of retiral benefits with due interest on gratuity, Insurance, earned leave encashment, G.P.F. etc including pension to the petitioner who is supposed to be superannuated, although he has not been issued any order of retirement by his department, from the post of Assistant Sub Inspector of Police from the District of Arwal, Bihar, as per his date of Birth as 7.1.1956."
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the application to move before the authorities concerned in the matter.
4. Learned counsel for the respondents do not oppose.
5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
