2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 229, 236, 238, 239, 240, 232, 248 and 61(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 3, 4 & 5 of Explosive Substances Act.

3. As per allegation, earlier Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 459 of 2025 was registered at the instance of this petitioner. During investigation, it was found that the alleged occurrence was false and this petitioner and other co-accused persons exploded bomb for implicating other persons in the aforesaid case and accordingly, present F.I.R. was lodged.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is lady and has been falsely implicated in this case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.91751 of 2025(2) dt.20-01-2026 2/2 only on suspicion. No explosive substance or incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is lady and there is no chance of absconding or tampering with the evidence.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. In the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that petitioner is lady, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 465 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
