JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-01-2020 The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the concerned authorities to make payment of the expenses incurred in arranging hotels during the course of Bihar legislative election, 2015 for stay of the Central Reserve Police Force from 13.10.2015 to 18.10.2015.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dues against the petitioner is admitted and there is no reason why payment ought not to be made. Let the petitioner make a detailed representation along with a copy of this order before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.868 of 2020(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 District Magistrate, Gaya (respondent No. 2) within a period of four weeks from today, staking his claim for payment of dues amount; on which representation the concerned respondent shall verify the facts and in case he finds the case of the petitioner to be tenable, necessary consequential order shall be passed within a period of six weeks of the receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall also be made known the contents of the order, no sooner the same is passed.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
