In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No.222 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the family members have killed the victim.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR has been lodged after four days. First, the plea has taken that the deceased victim died on account of electric shock, but later on, they have changed the version and said that the deceased victim has been killed. The informant has produced the post mortem report from where it appears that there is
