Petitioner is in custody in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 147 of 2019 for the offence under sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 399/402/414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in preparation of committing serious offence when the police party reached the place, the petitioner fled away and the person who was intercepted by the police has been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this Court.

The petitioner is in custody since 8.8.2019.
