This application has been filed seeking modification in the order of this Court dated 11.09.2017 passed in C.W.J/C. No. 64 of 2017, wherein the petitioner's name has been typed as 'Dilip Kumar Rai, S/o Nitu Rai' in place of 'Dilip Kumar Ram, S/o Nitu Ram'.

On perusal of the original records of C.W.J.C. No. 64

Patna High Court MJC No.5348 of 2019(7) dt.03-09-2021 2/3 of 2017, it can be easily noticed that the petitioner's name was in inadvertently typed in the cause title as 'Dilip Kumar Rai, S/o Nitu Rai' (Petitioner No. 14) and accordingly, the said name is reflected in the order of this Court dated 11.09.2017. However, it appears on perusal of the vakalatnamas filed in the said writ proceeding that the petitioner had put his signature giving his name as 'Dilip Kumar Ram'. There appears to be apparent typographical error in the writ petition. Considering the said aspect and the statement made in the present application seeking modification, the application is allowed.

Accordingly, let name of petitioner No.14 in the cause title of C.W.J.C. No. 64 of 2017 and the order dated 11.09.2017 passed in the said C.W.J.C. No. 64 of 2017 shall be read as 'Dilip Kumar Ram, S/o Nitu Ram'. Necessary corrections be incorporated in the writ petition and the order sheet. This application is allowed.

I have perused the enquiry report submitted by the learned Registrar General in compliance to this Court's order dated 27.08.2021. He has reported that there has been bonafide technical misunderstanding regarding merger of the records of M.J.C. No. 5348 of 2019 and C.W.J.C. No. 64 of 2017.
