In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Andharamath P.S. Case No. 139 of 2018 (G.R. No. 1198 of 2018) registered for offences under sections 420, 466, 467, 468, 471 & 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are the Panchayat Secretaries and, as per allegation, the Panchayat Secretaries were required to submit the folder of Educational Certificate / Training Certificate of the teachers appointed in the Panchayat schools during the period 2003 and 2006 but, the claim has been made

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85748 of 2019(2) dt.17-02-2020 2/2 that the petitioner no.1 had joined the post of Panchayat Secretary on 11.05.2013 and petitioner no.2 had joined the post on 25.09.2012.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Andharamath P.S. Case No. 139 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No. 1198 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as also subject to condition that whenever the police will call the petitioners for investigation/interrogation, they will remain present and if they would not present themselves, the privilege of grant of anticipatory bail shall be deemed to have been canceled.
