2. The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 103(1), 109, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per F.I.R. itself, specific accusation of assault on the head of father of informant with iron rod is against co-accused Sohail Alam. So far as these petitioners are concerned, there is general

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Motihari in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 229 of 2025.
