The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Barari P.S. Case No. 162 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that she shut the mouth of the informant. There is no other allegation against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is specific allegation against the petitioner. There is specific allegation of assault against co-accused Goswami, husband of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the

Case No. 162 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
