After his superannuation, it is the petitioner's case that he was continued as Secretary, Non-Technical Administration in the Bihar Rajya Pul Nirman Nigam Limited on contractual basis.

The claim of the petitioner today lies in a very narrow

Patna High Court CWJC No.1144 of 2020(2) dt.13-02-2020 2/2 compass. The Authorities, under order dated 18.09.2019, have terminated the petitioner's contractual existence with effect from 01.04.2019. The petitioner's claim is that he has not been paid his monthly honorarium for the period 01.04.2019 to 25.09.2019, i e, the period during which the petitioner claims to have performed his duties.

To facilitate such consideration, the petitioner has made representation before the Managing Director of the respondent-Corporation on 05.11.2019 (Annexure 9). Since this claim has to be considered by the respondent-Managing Director himself with reference to the number of days as per entitlement, no adjudication would be called for in the instant proceedings.

Writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with a direction to respondent No 5 to examine the said claim and pay the amounts found due and admissible within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
