Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Petitioner was remanded from some other case on 09.10.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Submission is that petitioner was never put on T.I. Parade during investigation of the case nor any incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. Considering the fact that for the purpose of consideration of this prayer for regular bail there is no substantial material against the petitioner as well as the fact that

No.86629 of 2019(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 there is no material to say that the petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence or abscond the process of law, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Surajgarha, Manikpur Police Station Case No.275 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below as well as petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the Court and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
