2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.10. 2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63442 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the compliance of the said order could not be made within the stipulated time owing to noneavailability of the petitioner at the relevant time as he was outside the State for his livelihood.

4. For the reasons stated in the petition, the time for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of the order dated 21.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.
