The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Yogapatti P.S.Case No.386 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case petitioners were arrested while coming by a motorcycle , they could not produce the paper of the motorcycle.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that as a mater of fact the motorcycle belongs to one Vishal Kumar and the same has been purchased by his father from some another person and considering the same, Vishal Kumar

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86700 of 2019(3) dt.27-02-2020 2/2 has been granted regular bail by the learned lower court itself. Petitioners are in custody since 25.10.2019 and they have no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has already been submitted. There is no chance of tampering with the evidence. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Yogapatti P.S.Case No.386 of 2019.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
