2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dulhin Bazar P. S. Case No.123 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 323, 307, 188, 337, 427, 171(F), 332 of the I.P.C. and Sections 132 and 136 of R.P. Act.

3. Petitioner was not caught on the spot and name of this petitioner came on confessional statement of co-accused Yash Kumar, who was caught on the spot. Moreover, the accusation against the petitioner is that he as well as other obstructed the informant to perform his official duty.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

No.1800 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 co-accused Mahadeo Yadav @ Chittranjan Yadav @ Chittranjn Kumar and Dipak Kumar having more or less similar allegation have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.59279 of 2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the Court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-3rd, Danapur, Patna in connection with Dulhin Bazar P. S. Case No.123 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
