JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-06-2020 Mr. Dronacharya, learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek bail. Such permission has been sought on the ground that two of the similarly situated persons have been granted bail by a Bench of this Court.

The prayer made on behalf of the petitioner is

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to file a bail petition before the court below which shall be considered on its own merits, without being prejudiced with the fact that the present petition has been withdrawn.
