The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 205 of 2019 dated 02.09.2019 for the offence registered under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act. On secret information that some miscreants have assembled at a place for committing some offence, a raid was conducted, when two of the accused persons including the petitioner were arrested. From the possession of the petitioner, one loaded country made pistol and a cartridge was recovered. Apart from this, a mobile phone and a motorcycle without any number plate was also recovered. However, there is no report with respect to motorcycle or mobile phone being stolen

Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that aforesaid Md. Zahid, a co-accused in this case, has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. Considering the fact that petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 02.09.2019, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Judge-XV-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -XIV, Muzaffarpur in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 205 of 2019 dated 02.09.2019.
