The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 148 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 25(1b) A and 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that on search one country made pistol loaded with seven live cartridges was recovered. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 28.08.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than five months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees
