JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2020 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41987 of 2018 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Hatauri P.S. Case No. 32 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. No. 245 of 2018 to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur and the petitioner was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of six weeks and furnish bail bonds. The present modification application, seeking extension of time of surrender in the Court below and furnishing bail bonds, has been filed virtually after a lapse of more than one year and five months.

This Court finds no reason to interfere with the order
