JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 20-06-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue regarding infirmity in selection of Respondent No. 6 as Sewika for Aanganwadi Centre No. 269 in Ward No. 11 of Saraiya Block, District-Muzaffarpur, has been raised before the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur.

Since the petitioner has already availed alternative remedy and the same is pending consideration, this Court finds that there is no occasion for this Court to invoke its extraordinary and discretionary writ jurisdiction. Learned counsel for the petitioner is thus permitted to pursue his remedy before the Authority in accordance with law.
