The present writ application has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to treat the retirement date of the petitioners as on 01.07.2018 and grant all the consequential benefits including the pensionary benefits.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is squarely covered by the order passed in CWJC No.2496 of 2021 dated 15.04.2024.

Considering the statement of the counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1381 of 2020(4) dt.08-07-2024 2/2 petitioners, the petitioners are directed to file a detailed representation enclosing the order passed in CWJC No.2496 of 2021 before the respondent no.4 within a period of four weeks and the respondent no.4 is well advised to pass a reasoned and speaking order, after hearing the petitioners or their counsel and considering the order passed in CWJC No.2496 of 2021, within a period of ten weeks of receipt of the representation of the petitioners.

Let it be made clear that, if an order is not passed within the stipulated period, the respondent no.4 shall be personally held liable for non-compliance of the order of this Court. 6.

The present writ application is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
