The petitioner in this writ petition seeks direction to the B.R. Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur to publish the result of B.Ed. Examination of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was admitted in National College of Education, Muzaffarpur in B.Ed. Course for the session 2015-17. The petitioner cleared his first year B.Ed. Examination and also appeared in second year B.Ed. Examination but he failed in one subject. The University allowed him to appear in the supplementary examination held in the month of December, 2018 but the result of the petitioner has not been published. The

Patna High Court CWJC No.1591 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 petitioner filed series of representation (Annexure-7, 8 and 9) before the Controller of Examination/Registrar, B.R. Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur but till date representations of the petitioner have not been disposed of nor the result of the petitioner has been published.

Having considered the submissions, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Controller of Examination, B.R. Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur to consider the representations of the petitioner and dispose of the same within two months from the date of receipt of this order by a reasoned order. If the petitioner is found passed in the supplementary examination and if it is permissible, the result of B.Ed. second part be also published immediately.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
