JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sadar (Muffasil) P. S. Case No. 568 of 2019 disclosing offence under Section 7 of the E.C. Act. Prosecution case is that 40 bags of rice was recovered from a truck and it is said that rice was of the PDS shop of the petitioner, who is a PDS dealer.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that allegation is false and concocted. She is a lady and ready to abide by any condition imposed upon her. She is also ready to co-operate in the investigation.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submissions, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the

No.87108 of 2019(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.-I/C, Purnea, in connection with Sadar (Muffasil) P.
