JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Deepnagar P. S. Case No.271 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of IPC and Section 30(A) of Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016. On information police raided the place of occurrence, arrested several accused persons and recovered one pistol, cash and three mobile phones.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that so far, this petitioner is concerned. There is nothing only one mobile phone has been recovered from his possession. He is in custody for about four months.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87057 of 2019(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge Excise, Nalanda, in connection with Deepnagar P. S. Case No.271 of 2019, with condition that after release, he has to appear before the police of his local area in the first week of each month, for a period of six months, so that the police may watch his conduct.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the S.P. Nalanda, for needful.
