2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions particularly in the nature of Mandamus for the following reliefs:- (I) For a direction to the respondents to demarcate the land bearing Mauza Maheshwara Thana no. 5 Khata No. 145, Kheshra 344/749 area 2 Decimal in the light of order dated 1.8.2017 passed by respondent no. 3 contained in Annexure-2.

(ii) For any other relief or reliefs as the Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper."

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that two decimals of land settled with him by issuance of Basgit Parcha, the same be demarcated and possession restored.

4. Learned counsel for the State submitted that the authorities have passed orders which support the contention of the petitioner. It was submitted that the direction of the authorities is required to be complied with by the respondent no. 4 and the Court may direct the Collector, Samastipur to ensure such compliance.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to the same.

6. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to ensure that the direction to the respondent no. 4 to ensure possession of the entire two decimals of land as per Basgit Parcha issued in favour of the petitioner, is carried out to its logical conclusion in accordance with law, latest within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this order before the respondents no. 2 and 4.
