2. The petitioner is in custody since 12.12.2016 in connection with Sessions Trial No. 153 of 2017 arising out of Sono P.S.Case No. 201 of 2016 for the alleged offences under Section 120B, 121A, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3 and 4 of the Explosives Substance Act and Sections 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the U.A.P. Act.

3. By order dated 02.07.2020, a status report has been called for with respect to the stage of trial. In response, letter no.27 dated 06.07.2020 has been received from the court of learned F.T.C. II, Jamui, according to which Sessions Trial No. 153 of 2017 in Sono P.S.Case No. 201 of 2016 has since been disposed of.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has no instructions in this regard and submits that the matter may be disposed of in view of the aforesaid status report.
