2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 307, 324 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including these petitioners, abused and assaulted informant and his family members by means of lathi, danda and knife due to which, brother of

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. From bare perusal of the F.I.R. it is apparent that specific accusation of assaulting brother of informant with knife is against co-accused Sipahi Ray. During course of investigation, co-accused Rahul Kumar was apprehended who confessed that he stabbed the deceased. So far as these petitioners are concerned, there are general and omnibus nature of accusation and they are not alleged to be assailant of the deceased. After detailed investigation, police submitted final form against these petitioners, however, differing with the same, the learned trial court took cognizance. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, general and omnibus nature of accusation, fact that petitioners are not the assailant of the deceased and clean antecedents of the petitioners, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is allowed.

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. First Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 206 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S..
