2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sherghati P.S.Case No. 550 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-b),(a),26,35 Arms Act.

4. Petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2024

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submits that the trail is being delayed.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the period of custody and the delay in trial, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below/concerned Court in connection with Sherghati P.S.Case No. 550 of 2024, subject to the condition that two of the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner.

9. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Hantarganj Police Station on the first Sunday of each month, Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

10. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Chatra, Jharkhand forthwith through FAX or e-mail for its compliance.
