2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ghorasahan (Lakhaura) P. S. Case No.306 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 353, 504/34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 33, 41, 42 of the Indian Forest Act and Sections 1, 3, 5, 8, 9, 11, 13, 14 of Bihar Cast Act.

3. The petitioners are said to have running sawmill without having any valid licence and when Forest Officer raided the sawmill of the petitioners and tried to seize the sawmill, petitioners and their supporters made obstruction as a result whereof, the sawmill could not be sealed.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the Court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarhana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan (Lakhaura) P. S. Case No.306 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
