Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Tarari P.S.cae No.172 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

So far this petitioner is concerned, FIR shows that the allegation is of assault by Lathi to the informant. Submission of the lear2020ned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and there is no repetition of blow.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above
