2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 112, 317 ( 4 ), 317 (5) and 3 (5) of BNS. 3 . As per F.I.R. 2 stolen motorcycles were recovered from the house of petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . No stolen articles were recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2025 . Chargesheet has already been submitted. 5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition .

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, period of custody

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.516 of 2026(2) dt.13-02-2026 2/2 and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub- divisional Judicial Magistrate Sikrahana at Dhaka East Champaran in connection with Shikarganj P.S. Case No. 03 of 2024 , subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
