2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhubani Cyber P.S. Case No. 37 of 2025 dated 30.10.2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 297, 111(2)(b), 111(4) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66 (C)and 66(D) of the I.T. Act.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other accused was found playing online gambling games.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in

It is further submitted that there is no complain against the petitioner that he cheated any person. Further, it is submitted that accused person, namely, Sanjay Kumar Purbey has been granted bail vide order dated 17.02.2026 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 9692 of 2026 by this Court and accused Gopal Ray has been granted bail vide order dated 10.03.2026 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 3728 of 2026 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. The petitioner is in custody since 31.10.2025, having one criminal case against him and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

5. Learned A.P.P for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Cyber
