The petitioner seeks extension of period to surrender in the court below. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 06.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.68078 of 2019.

The petitioner was outside her village and she was under the treatment in AIIMS, therefore, the petitioner could not surrender in time.
