The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kiul P.S. Case No. 99 of 2019 dated 01.10.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons including the petitioner. The informant is none else but the own aunt of the petitioner. Though there is allegation of assault but, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, nobody has been injured in the occurrence. This fact, it has further been urged, would be evident from the case

Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner and his being a person of clean antecedent, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Kiul P.S. Case No. 99 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
