The petitioners are in custody in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 650 of 2019 (Gaya), for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 10.10.2018. He further submits that in the instant case total 25 litres of country made liquor was seized. Considering the fact that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1024 of 2020(2) dt.28-01-2020 2/2 (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Excise Judge, Gaya, District Gaya in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 650 of 2019 (Gaya).
