Patna High Court CWJC No.2192 of 2020 dt.11-12-2020 2/3 Yojna" particularly in Ward No.12, under Gram Panchayat, Panditpur Block- Pipra Kothi, District- East the Champaran and submit a report within the directed period and after found the illegality and misappropriation of Public Money take appropriate action against the concerned responsible respondents the petitioner further prays for direction to disposal of the public representation which is still pending before the learned District Magistrate, East Champaran or pass any other appropriate writ or writs, Rule or direction as this Hon'ble Court may found just and proper to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as for which the poor people of the society may be found entitled there to."
Mr. Ajay, learned counsel for the State, invites our attention to the averments made in the affidavit, wherein it stands mentioned that necessary directions for initiation of enquiry also stands issued against the erring persons, responsible for not executing the work under Nal Jal Yojna under Saat Nischay Yojna, particularly in Ward No.12 under Gram Panchayat Panditpur, Block Pipra Kothi, District East Champaran, stands taken.
As such, we close the present proceedings with the directions to the Respondent No. 3, namely District Magistrate,
Patna High Court CWJC No.2192 of 2020 dt.11-12-2020 3/3 East Champaran, Motihari to immediately take appropriate action and not later than two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Learned counsel for the State undertakes to make the same available to the said officer within two weeks from today.
Petitioner undertakes to approach the said respondent along with a copy of the order.
Interlocutory application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
