The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 444 of 2015 dated 19.06.2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in this case after thorough investigation, the police has submitted final report. However, differing with the police report, cognizance has been taken against the petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86259 of 2019(3) dt.19-06-2020 2/2 under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code. It has further been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is a retired persons and the amount which is stated to have been received by him has been returned but under protest and without prejudice to his right and contentions later. Taking these aspects into account, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate -1st Class, Lakhisarai, in connection with Lakhisarai P.S.
