The dispute can be decided by the Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority ("LARRA"). Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to move LARRA, Patna within 30 days from today. If the same is filed within 30 days from today, LARRA will hear the case on merits and dispose of the same in accordance with law without raising any objection on limitation, if any.
Applicability of Right to Act, 2013 shall also be decided by the LARRA.
