JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ramgrah P.S. Case No. 87 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 504, 341, 506, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)A 26,35,27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner happens to be son of the informant and according to the prosecution case itself, it was husband of the informant, who sought fire on her.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of

No.87079 of 2019(2) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in Ramgrah P.S. Case No. 87 of 2019 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
