The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 448, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of land dispute there is a case and counter-case between the parties. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Hon'ble Court. He further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 08.11.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal

Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2019.
