The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 90 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 05.09.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1558 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 90 of 2019.
