The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur (Belaon) P.S. Case No. 197 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 307, 354(B), 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the petitioners having assaulted the informant and one other person resulting in some injuries to them.

The learned counsel for the petitionerd has submitted that the injury report would bear it out that the injuries sustained by the injured person are simple in nature, hence there was no intention on the part of the petitioners to make an

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitionerd coupled with the fact that the injuries sustained by the injured person are simple in nature, I deem it fit and proper to admit the petitioners herein to the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Bhagwanpur (Belaon) P.S. Case No. 197 of 2019 subject to the conditions as stipulated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/- U T
