JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2020 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Tariyani Chhapra P.S. Case No. 27 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 323, 379, 354, 447, 448, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of misbehaving with the daughter of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that earlier also a case was lodged by the informant for kidnapping of his daughter, in which, the girl has stated that she had married with one of the petitioners out of her own sweet

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.709 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 will and, thereafter, the present case has been lodged by the informant making false allegation. Moreover, no specific allegation has been attributed to the petitioners. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the submission, as above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Sheohar, in connection with Tariyani Chhapra P.S.
