Grievance of the petitioners in the present writ application is discrimination in the matter promotion in pay

Patna High Court CWJC No.276 of 2020(2) dt.13-02-2020 2/2 level 8.

With reference to Annexure-5, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that juniors to the petitioners have been granted the benefit whereas the petitioners have been discriminated.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the claim of the petitioners and if it is found that juniors to the petitioners have been granted the benefit, the petitioners must be granted such benefit.

Necessary decision in this regard with all consequential benefit may be taken within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Ravi/- U
